New Dealer Information:

Initial 4-month lease with one month’s deposit required at signing
Lease terms go month to month after initial 4 months
Rent due on 1^st of month
Sales Payouts every two weeks
Deposit used for last month’s rent upon 30 Day written vacate notice
Rent is NOT deducted from sales checks
10% commission on all sales
3.2 % fee on all charged sales
Sales tax collected, reported and paid to state each month
Booth Rentals range from $200 (8×8) and up
Case Rental $125
